Questions about credits & billing
- What is a credit?
- 1 credit = 1 minute of source video. That yields 1.2 finished clips on average.
- Do credits expire?
- Monthly credits are valid for the current month plus one more (1 rollover month). Yearly credits are valid for 1 year. Free credits are valid for 1 month, without rollover.
- What if I run out of credits?
- You can upgrade to a bigger plan anytime — or wait for next month's credits.
- Can I cancel or switch?
- Monthly plans are cancelable monthly, and plan changes go through the Stripe customer portal (“Manage subscription”) anytime — prorated, and existing credits don't expire. The yearly plan runs for 12 months; you switch to yearly right here on this page.
All prices are final. As a small business under §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT. Cancel monthly. Our Terms incl. Right of withdrawal apply.
